Solutions for internationalization is Business Tampere’s Talent Tampere project aimed at the small and medium sized companies in the Tampere region.

Three companies will get a team of international talents to assist with the challenges of internationalization. The dedicated team will help to resolve any problem/s the company may face. The international team will be chosen based on their specialist knowledge of the industry sector and the cultural area the company wants to trade in.

The challenges and solutions will be broadcasted by international teams in Webinars starting from Autumn 2018. During these Webinars we will discuss the internationalisation processes and challenges that companies often experience when undertaking business in an international environment. After each Webinar the viewers will have the opportunity to ask questions directly to the presenting companies or the international professionals who have been working to help resolve the cases.
